Incontinence and Overactive Bladder: Tips to Improve Bladder Function HEALTH TALK

problems including incontinence, urgency and frequency. Amy Hoover, physical
therapist from Lakewood Hospital, will present ways to improve these issues with diet,
exercise and behavioral changes.
