Prenatal Water Aerobics

A type water of exercise program for pregnant women. The moves are designed to be for a pregnant woman while helping her to stay in shape. It can lead to an easier pregnancy and labor. It can relieve pain in the lower back and legs due to the extra weight and shifted center of gravity
