Free Open Guided Meditation
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
A guided meditation is a very simple and easy way to find complete relaxation with the aid of listening to an instructor's voice. I will guide you in clearing your mind, concentrate on your breathing and bring relaxation to your entire body. It can help to bring about positive personal changes for you as well. If you are someone who finds it difficult to let go of stress daily, and are overloaded with a mind that just can't seem to shut off, join me for this free guided meditation. I will help you to achieve inner quiet, peace of mind and a more positive appreciation for all that surrounds you. Call Denise Kmetz 216-647-4722 to reserve your spot. Seating is limited.
