St. Augustine Health Ministries Dine to Donate at Angelo's Pizza

Help send a St. Augustine resident to our annual Happy Campers Week in August by supporting Dine to Donate. Eat at Angelo's Pizza in Lakewood on Madison Ave. on Wednesday, July 30, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and 20% of proceeds will help send residents to camp. Print the flyer and present it at time of purchase in order to have your receipt counted for donation!

Dinner in the Valley: Blueberry Abundance

Each month, our Dinner in the Valley series features a seasonal or thematic meal hosted at one of the beautiful, historic spaces in Cuyahoga Valley National Park and surrounding areas. Join your fellow park enthusiasts to enjoy a gourmet dinner and explore a unique space in the national park.

Ticket prices: $40 general, $35 Conservancy members*, $15 children ages 5-12. Conservancy members can apply their discount to all their guests' meals! Become a member at www.conservancyforcvnp.org/help-your-park/become-a-member.

The beautiful barn at Greenfield Berry Farm is the backdrop for our mid-summer meal featuring blueberry lemonade, blueberry sauces, and other seasonal treats from the farm. Reservations for this dinner are taken through July 23.

Inferno: Identity Panel Discussion

The conflation of Jewish and Christian ritual and symbolism figures prominently in Yael Bartana’s Inferno, raising new questions about the nature of personal and collective identity. Moderator Brian Amkraut (Executive Director, The Laura and Alvin Siegal Lifelong Learning Program at Case Western Reserve University) leads a discussion with Dr. Timothy Beal (author and Florence Harkness Professor of Religion, Case Western Reserve University), Rabbi Steven Denker (Temple Emanu El), Don Ramos (Professor of History Emeritus, Cleveland State University), Ellen Rudolph (Maltz Museum Executive Director) and others on how delineations of race, religion, nationality and gender are both heightened and blurred in an increasingly global world. $5 (includes Museum admission).
