How to Use Zoom
6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Northeast Ohio Personal Computer Club presents "How to Use Zoom". When you say “Zoom”! It brings to mind fast, easy and useful. All this is
true for a fairly new Cloud-based meeting tool called ZOOM. During this presentation, we will be talking about Voice and Video over the Internet, sometimes called VOIP. Although Skype is still the best known and most used of these “free” services, things are changing. NEOPC has been considering the use of one these services to allow people that can not attend meetings for various reasons to be able to see and participate from most devices that can connect to the Internet. This presentation will explore the service NEOPC believes will best meet these needs, ZOOM. The overall use of video chatting will be discussed with a focus on the benefits to seniors. Additionally during this meeting a period of time will be spent explaining the use of the club’s Forum. This is a “Do Not Miss” meeting!

The presenter for this meeting is Bruce Brockman, NEOPC President. During the last decade, Bruce has spent a good deal of time educating seniors at various facilities on the use of Skype and has strong feelings about the advantages of Internet communications.

Come at 6:30 pm for refreshments, followed by the main program at 7 pm. This event is free and open to all. For more info, go to www.neopc.org
