Red Stage Summer Music Series Featuring Ahi-Nama

Enjoy live, local music this summer as Beck Center presents the Red Stage Summer Series, our free and open to the public concerts. Aimed to engage local artists and the community, these concerts will also include interactive arts experiences, as well as refreshments on sale (cash only).
Ahi-Nama is an Akron, Ohio-based Timba Band and the area’s newest Latin sensation! Playing a fun and danceable mix of Latin Jazz, Salsa, and Timba music from Cuba and the Caribbean, Ahi-Nama is sure to light a fire under the dance floor at any event. (Rain Location: Studio Theater) Sponsored by Callahan Foundation.

Shaker Heights Solar Informational Meeting

Come to YellowLite's Solar Educational Talk in Shaker Heights on September 7th to learn more about solar energy. Our scheduled speakers are Dr. Jeff Corney, executive director of The Wilderness Center who will be speaking about solar's environmental benefits. Shaker Heights resident Bonnie Gordon will then speak on her experiences going solar. Finally, YellowLite senior solar consultant Fida will speak on installation and financing.
Learn about how much you can save off your electricity bill, the environmental impact, the financing options available, and how long your panels will last.
The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided including coffee, tea, soft drinks, and appetizers.
