Reconciling Opposites

Judy Cauley, CSJ, leads a discussion on managing conflict. Come to learn a simple, workable process based on Barry Johnson’s work entitled Polarity Management for successfully managing the tension of opposites and reconciling differences to take us beyond conflict.
