How I learned to “computer” in just 35 years with no formal training.
6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
In July, NEOPC’ s President, Bruce Brockman, will review his experiences with computing. Bruce said, “ From my very first computer, a Tandy 200, for which I purchased my very first memory upgrade. I bought all the memory that was available for that model--72K, and it was only just a little over $2000. My, how that has changed. Today in our home we have eight computers running, four tablets, two cell phones, an ecobee thermostat with Alexa, two Alexas and a Google Home. Along the way, because I was running my own business, I found many shortcuts and tricks to save time and money. I will be sharing some of those ideas--well, except the ones Windows 10 is slowly taking away.”

Join us to hear about Bruce's tips, tricks, and regrets. Come at 6:30 for refreshments; the presentation will start at 7:00 p.m. All are welcome. For additional information, go to www.neopc.org.

THEATRICAL STAGED READING: Another Way Home By Anna Ziegler
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Interplay Jewish Theatre offers a funny, moving and ultimately uplifting play from one of America’s most talented young writers. Meet Lillian and Philip Nadelman, an uptight, obsessive middle-aged couple visiting their teenage son, Joey, at sleepaway camp. When Joey runs off with no explanation, his frantic parents are compelled to question everything they thought they understood about their children, their marriage and their own lives. Developed at the National Playwrights’ Conference and recipient of the Edgerton New American Play Award, Another Way Home has been described as a “laugh-packed serio-comedy that shoves family life under a microscope.” One night only.
