Tai Chi Easy on Zoom

Join Mike Reiling, Tai Chi easy Certified Practice Leader, each week to experience at home the centering and energizing experience of Tai Chi through relaxed breathing and gentle movements. Tai Chi Easy is a mind-body experience adaptable to all levels of physical fitness. Taped sessions will be available for those who cannot make the scheduled time. Join us for an hour of reflection, silence and sharing led by various members of our community. Prayer occurs weekly and repeats Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 PM and Wednesday evening at 7 PM Register with Centering Space to receive the ZOOM link. Donations support our ministry.
