"Miracle Foods"

Postby Lynn Farris » Fri Apr 18, 2008 10:16 am

Jeff, you always seem to be full of ideas to write about in your column, and I always enjoy them.

One I would really be interested in seeing is on the "miracle" foods you know - the ones that they are always touting that we should include more of in our diet because they do such wonderful things. Like Blueberries, Kale, Tomatoes, Tumeric... you know I'm sure much more of them than I do - give us an idea of what they are good for and some ideas of how to cook them? (Okay, we all have great ideas for tomatoes - but Kale is more difficult.).

Just an idea.
