I have been running around so have not had much time to edit down some of these images but here are a couple and a video from the last two days. It is all but gone.
50' to the street.
Funny, I do not remember the place having and interior designed by Priscilla Presley.
But it would appear to be much like Graceland.
Then it was time for the chimney to come down. Possibly the tallest structure between Rosewood, and Granger.
Or on iphone
Through the apartments...
Into the storefronts...
Into the lobby...

I'm curious how many other people took home pieces of the old theater, and what you're going to do with them.

I took some bricks and some of the terracotta adornments. Don't know what I'm going to do with them yet. The bricks I think I will share with some friends who want a memento, I grabbed about 10. The white glazed pieces I could always use for garden decoration or something. I've seen that done with other demo building adornments. I wish I could get more, but that along with the stuff I got from the inside, I already have gotten a lot more then most. Wish I could get as many bricks as you, there are always good practical uses for some old bricks.

With First Energy's issues with removing power lines to the building, the crew did mostly cleanup sparing the last part of the building yet another couple days this weekend. So in the 88 degree heat the crew stay cool.

I drove by there today and the popcorn machine is just sitting in the back lot behind the rubble. That was around 3pm I think. Not sure what they are doing with it. Just a lone popcorn machine

Myra I have been editing down my images and videos, but this weekend is a paper weekend, so until Tuesday or Wednesday I doubt that I will post much. But we do have some incredible images and videos from the event.
The popcorn machine which needs about $700 in work, has been claimed by one of the truck drivers that carried it out with the help of another driver.
