Jim, It's hard to read, but it says, "Paid for by Citizens for John Zappala, Joseph W. Gregg, Treasurer, 1272 French Ave., Lakewood, OH 44107." Steve .

I noticed this one on the construction fence in front of the new CVS on detroit on Saturday night. Perhaps it is leftover from the last place the rent-a-fence was used?
