another day ends in Lakewood. sweet dreams, city I love. today in my city I encounter utter disregard for fellow citizens; fellow humans ... but my soul was healed by the joy of witnessing kids playing amongst each other; kids just being kids ... with no care for the others' station in life.

I had a blast at the District Track meet this evening at LHS! (always nice to see great sportsmanship amongst these young people ... but track people in general have a special mutual respect for one another.)

Sweet dreams, loveable Lakewood.

Santa is back at Around the Corner, and this year it would believe he is doing better at standing up. Fire emergency, nope, just the Fire Department going to a block party on Rosewood. Finally not from Lakewood. With all the commotion surrounding The Root Cafe, The Beck Cafe, Blackbird Bakery, Rocky River to keep up had to come up with something. So at the Historic Bradstreet Landing they opened... Café Bait .
