  • Bay Bridge Farms, one of the new "Urban Farms" that are springing up in every big city in America. It would seem that as sprall and suburban leakage occurs in the big cities, they are now claiming both food security, and small commercial farms back to the people. I think it is a fair trade.
  • Growing enough for Eric and Annabel, with enough left over to take to the LEAF Market. Nice, small, sustainable, organic, what is there not to like?
  • People arrive as Eric Stoffer and Annabel Khouri start the tour.
  • Rain barrels in the back.
  • The ever growing groups heads back to see even more, and the tools that are used.
  • Eric continues the tour on the back 40.
