Cleveland Police Det. James Skernivitz’s Funeral

Cleveland Police Det. James Skernivitz’s was killed by some punk kids in a reported botched robbery. Skernivitz worked in the department’s gang investigations unit. The day before he was killed he was sworn in to work with federal agents on the Northern Ohio Violent Crimes Task Force.
