Lakewood Against Landlord.

Photos from inside Municipal Court Judge Patrick Carroll's courtroom as he sentenced a Richard Naumann to live in one of his apartment buildings until it is fixed to the court's approval. The judge issued a strong statement, "It all ends here. I will nor longer tolerate bad landlords. You are going to be my test case, for how to treat all landlords, that do not take care of their tennents. Easter Sunday the day of the blizzard, your tennents paid for the right to take hot showers. You Mr. Naumann deprived them of that right."
