After being shut down, see the improvements made to Hogsback Road. You can see the larger "rough road" signs, and the new pile of dirt in the background. -

"Hoover" on the left is a 2 year old Desert Spur Toed Tortise, on the right is a 3 month old Desert Spur Toed Tortise. On this fine spring day Deb walked Hoover up to Pet's General Store(about 5 blocks) to meet the baby. This should serve as a lesson to some. While she knew what she was getting when I bought it for her, many would not realize the cute baby on the right would some day measure 36" wide, and weigh over 180lbs! -
