  • As I walked up to the church, Walter said, "$2 Got me a f#$%^ng winner" After listening to him carry on for five minutes I decided to engage. "So what did you win?" I asked and he smiled and said, "Another lottery ticket, but that one lost, ain't it the way?" Then went of into another rant about this and that, then he mentioned "They should put that Steeple in the Smithsonian." I mentoed that they would probably never actually display it, merely warehouse it if it was given to them. I asked if he had ever been to the Smithsonian and he said "No, do they have Lindberg's plan there?" I said sure, and many more. He asked what about "Jefferson Airplane, and that Starship?" I assured him somewhere in the Smithsonian was a Jefferson Airplane refernece, but maybe not the Starship. He shrugged and walked off. Stay tuned as I talk to and engage many of the self arguers walking the streets of Lakewood. Let's find out why they are so angry.
