In this day and age, with so much to do, it’s easy to loose focus on yourself. It’s time to refocus on you and find your fabulous!

Live Well Lakewood, a community organization that provides support and tools to help you build a better body, mind and life is sponsoring a free ladies night out event titled “Find Your Fabulous” which promotes positive and healthy living to feel and look your best. The event will be November 10th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the City Hall Auditorium at 12650 Detroit Avenue. 

The event will focus on ways to improve self image, body and mind that will ultimately lead to an enhanced life. Browse displays and mingle with other fabulous ladies from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Chat with beauty experts, get nutritional and physical wellness tips, get information on breast health and relax with massages, mini make-up and hair demonstrations, and delicious non-alcoholic red wine. Enter the raffle to win a Brazilian hair treatment from Color Nation.

Linda Groski will be the featured presenter, giving practical trade tips for ladies of all ages, shapes and styles to enhance their lives. Linda has spent over 40 years in the beauty industry honing her skills. She has developed cutting edge hair techniques and conducted hundreds of personal consultations to bring positive self-image to ladies searching for better.  Linda is sure to ignite great ideas to find your fabulous and inspire you to share your discoveries with your girlfriends.
