Disney Cruise Raffle

The winning ticket holder of North Coast Health Ministry’s Disney cruise raffle will win a four-night Bahamian cruise plus round-trip airfare for four people OR a $4,000 American Express travel voucher to use whenever, wherever.

The cruise dates will be selected by the winner in the time frame of January through February 2012. Cruise departs from Cape Canaveral, Florida. If the winner selects the $4,000 travel voucher in lieu of the cruise, any destination on any date can be chosen. Second raffle prize is an Apple iPad 2.

The winning tickets will be drawn on Thursday, September 1, 2011, at North Coast Health Ministry’s Silver Celebration gala at Westwood Country Club in Rocky River, Ohio. Winner need not be present to win.

The raffle is being sponsored by Fairview and Lakewood hospitals. All proceeds benefit North Coast Health Ministry, a free clinic serving the low-income uninsured in western Greater Cleveland.

North Coast Health Ministry is celebrating its 25th year anniversary of providing health care to the low-income uninsured on Greater Cleveland’s West Side. A faith-based free clinic located in Lakewood, Ohio, NCHM is a bridge to better health for 3,000 patients who have no other route to care. With the support of approximately 120 volunteer physicians, nurses and other caregivers, NCHM is able to provide primary health care, specialty referrals, prescription assistance, behavioral health counseling and health education to the medically underserved.
