The Lakewood City School Community Recreation and Education Department is looking for your feedback. We have put together a survey to get your input into the activities and programs we offer, so that we can serve this great community in the best way possible. It is our mission to provide safe and meaningful recreational and educational opportunities for kids and adults of all ages.
