Healthy After School Snacking Program At The Lakewood Library

For family members of all ages

Get educated about the snacks you eat. Begin a healthier life in the New Year! Ali Jones, Earth Fare Community Relations Coordinator and a chef from Earth Fare will show you just how delicious healthy snacking can be. Kick the junk food habit now and start living a healthier life without giving up taste, variety, and visual attraction. Be inspired by their creative snacking ideas and let them show you how even younger snackers can prepare tasty treats. Earth Fare is dedicated to providing food from organic and local farms so that you can “Eat Better. Live Longer.” The presentation will wrap up with a fun food craft for children and teens!

Wednesday,  February 1, 5:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. in the Main Library Multipurpose Room
