Low-Cost Spay & Neuter Day Coming To Lakewood

One unspayed dog or cat can have as many as 10 unwanted births in the first breeding season. Do you really have that many friends?

Do you know where the offspring of your beloved pets ultimately wind up? In the greater Cleveland area over 21,000 unwanted pets entered shelters last year. A substantial number are pure bred animals. Spaying and neutering helps reduce the number of unwanted pets and unnecessary pet deaths.

Affordable assistance to spay and neuter is coming to Lakewood!

The City of Lakewood is partnering with PetFix Northeast Ohio to bring a Low-Cost Spay and Neuter Day to Lakewood residents on Saturday, September 27th in Madison Park, 13201 Madison Avenue. This one-time event is for Lakewood residents only and an appointment must be made in advance. There are limited appointments available. Call 216-536-0930 to make your appointment.

PetFix Northeast Ohio is a non-profit organization dedicated to ending pet overpopulation in Northeast Ohio by promoting the importance of spay and neuter, and making spay and neuter resources affordable and accessible to all pet owners. Visit petfixnortheastohio.org for more information about spay and neuter.
