Church of the Ascension Cookie Walk

The Church Women of the Church of the Ascension will host their annual Cookie Walk from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Sat., Dec. 13 in the undercroft of the church at 13216 Detroit Avenue.
This event features an array of homemade cookies including springerle, almond crescents, and kolachkes. Cookies will sell by the pound. Guests can also purchase Trail bologna and Swiss cheese from Amish country, burgundy wine jelly, and other holiday items. Proceeds benefit outreach programs supported by Ascension Church Women.

The Last Minute Market & Screw Factory Open Studio is a curated, one-day marketplace of handmade, modern art and craft. One of Lakewood's largest holiday art events, this market features more than one hundred juried sellers and more than fifty studio tenants and their invited artist guests. Thousands of visitors each year get a peek into the art studios, as well as the Templar Motors Factory Display, experiencing a unique piece of Lakewood's past and present in the Lake Erie Building at 13000 Athens Avenue.
