City Officials Honor Horace Mann DARE Graduates

Mayor Michael Summers, Judge Patrick Carroll and Police Chief Timothy Malley joined principal Dr. Merritt Waters and Officer David Acklin to honor the DARE program graduates at a special ceremony at Horace Mann Elementary School. The fifth-grade students made a pledge to make good choices, and not to use drugs.
