Teen Craft... Monster Magnets!

Make it creepy. Make it cute. Make it creative. Then stick it on the fridge. Stick it in your locker. Stick it anywhere that needs monstering up. I’m talking about handmade polymer clay monster magnets!

Lakewood Public Library is looking for a few creative sixth through twelfth graders to come participate in this free two day craft program where we’ll use colorful polymer clay and some simple tools to craft whatever creative creatures we can imagine. Day one will be spent sculpting our monsters, then on day two after they’ve been baked solid we’ll complete the project with paint, add-ons, and magnets.

Make sure you can attend both days. Registration is free but space is limited. This program will take place on Saturday, October 3rd and Sunday, October 4th from 7-8 p.m. in the Lakewood Public Library Main branch Multipurpose Room.

Register by calling 216-226-8275 ext. 140 or logging on to www.lakewoodpubliclibrary.com.Registration is free but space is limited, so sign up now!
