Lucien Realty Celebrates 40 Years Of Service!

John Lucien

On March 1, 1976 the partnership of Nick Hoty, Ron Lucien and Ted Bernet opened a real estate office under the name of Center Ridge Realty on Center Ridge Rd in Rocky River. Shortly thereafter, the name was changed to Century 21 Hoty Realty. In December of 1980, Ron Lucien took over sole ownership of the company, changed the name to Century 21 Lucien & Associates Inc. and moved to 14817 Detroit Avenue in Lakewood. The relationship with Century 21 lasted for 26 years in which time the company grew to one of the most successful franchises in Ohio. Committed to expanding services to their agents and clients, the company switched to Prudential Lucien Realty in 2002. With Prudential, the vision for the company expanded and embraced advances in technology. When the Prudential Brand was purchased in 2010 by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Lucien Realty enthusiastically joined the new franchise becoming Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Lucien Realty. Additional offices in Westlake and Amherst then joined the flagship Lakewood office.

Through all the transitions, the company maintained its core values of Trust, Integrity, Honesty and Caring.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Lucien Realty is a family-owned and managed company with Ron Lucien and his son John heading up the family of agents who are truly committed to serving the needs of their clients. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Lucien Realty is very proud to have been a Lakewood institution for 40 years.
