Local H&R Block Offices Pitch in Harvest For Hunger Campaign
Dan Norman, district general manager for H&R Block, is pleased to announce his offices’ involvement with the Harvest for Hunger Campaign. Just as taxpayers should consider their tax situation throughout the year, H&R Block’s associates also recognize charitable organizations need support all year long.
“We not only work in this community, but we live and shop here as well,” said Norman. “H&R Block is proud to be able to help Harvest for Hunger with this food drive”
Starting on April 1st thru April 18th, Tax Professionals from 19 of our H&R Block offices in the Cleveland area are asking the public to come out and donate canned items. The items most needed in our area include: peanut butter, tuna fish, canned veggies, canned soup, cereal, and beef stew. New clients donating five items will also receive a $20-off of their tax return (one coupon per taxpayer).
