Hannukah Havdallah

Jewish Lakewood Alliance along with Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds will be hosting a Hanukkah Havdalah at the Art on Madison gallery on Saturday, December 8, 2018 staring at 5pm.

We are going to have a wine and cheese reception starting at 5pm with wonderful Israeli wines. We will light a Havdalah candle at 6:15pm, followed by a menorah candle lighting at 6:30pm. We will have a presentation by Israel Bonds afterwards, and then we celebrate the holiday!

The event takes place at Art on Madison, Lakewood’s new art gallery. Art on Madison is located at 14203 Madison Avenue, near the stadium and Addicted Coffee House. Come celebrate the holiday as well as support local artists!

All are welcome to come. There is a $5 admission (not tax deductible). If you can, please RSVP through http://bit.ly/HanukkahHavdalah by December 5, 2018.

Jewish Lakewood Alliance just turned one year old this past October, and the support from the Lakewood community has been awesome and inspiring! Jewish Lakewood Alliance is a community organization that seeks to increase visibility and togetherness of Jewish people and allies in the city of Lakewood through social and cultural events. We aim to break down any fear and stigma about being Jewish in public life, and inspire expression of diverse Jewish identities in a welcoming and an accepting community.
