April 16th, 6 p.m. to April 25th, 6 p.m.
Grab your friends for some COVID safe fun and show some love for DEMOCRACY at the same time. We will provide you with a list of tasks. Some are things that can be made or completed at home and some will send you out and about the County to take photos. Each task is assigned a point value and the registrant with the most points wins. Complete as many of the tasks as you can in the allotted time frame. Instructions will be emailed upon registration.
The winner receives a lovely suffragette-themed gift bag and bragging rights.
Here are some examples of the 42 fun tasks you can choose from:
• Take a picture with an elected official holding a VOTE sign. • Take the suffrage movement hero quiz.
• Bake a cake with a LWV or patriotic theme.
• Write a poem about Springtime Democracy.
