Good Friends in Lakewood Land...
Yesterday here in Lakewood, (or perhaps a bit before, but I had not noticed) we experienced the arrival of a strange object, being a square earth-like thing that appeared in the vacant lot that formerly held the Hilliard Theater, at Hilliard and Madison Avenues.
It is here pictured with the iconic Lakewood Observer banjo, that I offered up to it in friendship.
No green people have emerged from it yet... to accept the sacrificial banjo, but we are awaiting...something...
I did inquire of one of Lakewood's finest, who was observing it from a distance, but the officer said that he had no knowledge of it either.
Hummmmm, better get back to the banjo, before something or someONE transports it up....
IT HAS ARRIVED!!!!

Re: IT HAS ARRIVED!!!!
Good Friends in Guitar Land,
Well, it's gone now.
Just drove by a few minutes ago, and stared at an empty field, with not so much as a crop circle remaining.
If you missed it, at least you have my picture here.
Just what IT was, we may never know for sure.
As for the iconic Lakewood Observer banjo? It has returned once again to my possession.
Although, if I squint a bit, it just might seem to be glowing a bit now, and it does seem to make me want to play some strange music.
But I suppose that there are those who feel that I ALWAYS play strange music.
Be sure to let us know if there are other square earth sightings.
Back to the banjo.

The square globe, aka Bizarro World, was created by ROHO and is finding itself all over the city.
Great work, people stopping by photos and sharing.
In the old Steve Barry lot, with it eclipsing the sun, and sunset.
Thank you!

That signature is new.
And who is ROHO?
Saw it at Wagar Park Wednesday. It's getting around.
