All The Sirens This Morning - Story/Photos Updated

Postby Jim O'Bryan » Tue Nov 09, 2021 8:35 am

I started getting calls, "What's going on sirens everywhere?"
I would like to remind all that we have the Lakewood Police and Fire radios on our front page sponsored by Roman Fountain Pizza.

Hillard Blvd and McKinkley about 7:40 am

A woman, traveling westbound on Hillard Blvd., according to people there, passed out or might have been having a medical issue. She went through a red light, luckily hitting no one. Veered south at a 45 degree angle, climbed the curb, brushed a tree which sent her more to the left, a bush then into the basement of a house being readied for a renter.

The call said the woman was unconscious but breathing. Lakewood Fire Department took her to get checked out. The woman has been reported as doing fine.

Great work Lakewood Fire, Police and Kufner Towing!
